Day 1 – Cusco to Cloud Forest & Canopy Walkway

Your adventure begins early in the morning with a private transfer from Cusco, traveling through scenic Andean highlands toward the edge of Manu National Park. Along the way, enjoy breathtaking views as the landscape transitions from mountains to the lush cloud forest.

Upon arrival, experience the thrill of a canopy walkway, suspended high above the forest floor, offering panoramic views and opportunities to spot toucans, hummingbirds, and diverse flora. Continue with a guided visit to hidden waterfalls, where you can relax and connect with nature.

In the late afternoon, arrive at Bambu Lodge. After settling in, take part in a guided jungle orientation hike, learning about medicinal plants, insects, and the unique ecosystem of the region. Enjoy dinner and a peaceful night surrounded by nature.

Day 2 – Whitewater Rafting & Jungle Exploration

After an early breakfast, begin the day with a comprehensive safety briefing and rafting introduction. Your expert guides will provide all necessary equipment, including helmets, life jackets (PFDs), and paddles, ensuring a safe and exciting experience.

Head to the river for an adrenaline-filled whitewater rafting adventure, navigating Level III–IV rapids through stunning rainforest scenery. Feel the excitement as you paddle through powerful currents surrounded by dense jungle.

Midday, stop for a picnic lunch on the riverbank, with time to relax, swim, or enjoy wildlife spotting. Continue exploring the area before heading to Soga de Oro Lodge, a cozy, homestay-style accommodation.

In the evening, gather for a group reflection and debrief session, sharing experiences from the day.

Day 3 – Machuwasi Lagoon, Balsa Raft & Canopy Zipline

Begin your day with a visit to Machuwasi Lagoon, a serene wetland ecosystem rich in biodiversity. Explore the lagoon on a traditional balsa wood raft, offering a quiet and immersive way to observe birds, monkeys, and aquatic wildlife in their natural habitat.

In the afternoon, enjoy an exhilarating canopy zipline experience, gliding above the rainforest for a unique aerial perspective. Later, embark on a guided hike to a hidden mirador (viewpoint), where you’ll be rewarded with spectacular views of the Amazon landscape.

Return to your lodge for a relaxing evening in the heart of the jungle.

Day 4 – Return Journey to Cusco

On your final day, begin with a boat journey along the river to Atalaya Port, taking in your last views of the Amazon’s incredible scenery.

From Atalaya, continue by land transfer back to Cusco, passing once again through the beautiful Andean landscapes. Arrive in the evening, marking the end of your 4-day Amazon adventure filled with adrenaline, discovery, and unforgettable memories.
